Payment Plans
This section describes payment plans for our nursery school, payment policies for our daycare and summer program. It also describes late fees and scholarships.
Tuition payments are non-refundable.
Nursery School
You may choose the payment plan that most suits your financial needs for nursery school tuition. There are four plans from which to choose: full payment, twice yearly, and two types of 9-month payment plans.
Full Payment Plan
Under the full payment plan, the full balance is due September 1, 2011, less the $500.00 deposit.

Twice-Yearly Payment Plan
Under the twice-yearly payment plan, half of the balance is due September 1, 2011 and half of the balance is December 1, 2011, less the $500.00 deposit.

9 month Payment Plan - 2 options
9 Monthly payments are due on the first of each month starting September 1 and continuing through May 1, less $500.00 deposit.
Option 1- 9 Monthly payments- with Vanco automatic tuition payment plan. With your consent, monthly tuition payments are automatically deducted from your checking account on the first day of the 9 months. You do not pay any service fees. If you use Vanco you will sign-up in August; first payment will be September 1, 2011.

Option 2- 9 Monthly payments- with Coupon Book due on the first of each month starting September 1st and continuing through May 1st, less $500.00 deposit. There is a service fee of $5 per month- $45.00 yearly for this payment plan included in the payments. If you choose Option 2 you will receive a payment booklet in the mail in July, you will use the monthly coupons as your reminder of payment due; no monthly bills are sent out.

Late Fees
A $15.00 late fee will be assessed if payments are not received by the 5th day of each month.
Daycare
Payment is due upon receipt of bill. Bills are sent out every two weeks and are computed on an hourly usage. A late fee of $15.00 is assessed if not paid within 5 days of being issued.
Summer Program
There is a 1-week non refundable deposit due by April 25th, and will be applied toward your total summer program fee.
A $30.00 late registration fee will be applied after April 25th.
The full summer program fee is due by May 23, 2011 and is non-refundable; any changes in your registration must be made by this date.

Scholarships
ACNS makes every effort to make scholarships available each year. Forms are available from the office if you wish to apply. All applications are confidential and assistance is given based upon verified need and available funds. Forms should be submitted by June 1, 2011.
We will work with you to apply for scholarships available through:

- Child Care Resource Center
We do have a very limited number of in-house scholarships available for our programs. Please contact us for details.
Parents experiencing financial difficulties and who do not qualify for or were unable to receive scholarship assistance should contact the Directors before they fall behind in their payments. Suitable alternative plans can usually be worked out.
